Morning of Your Procedure
We recommend you wash your hair the morning of your procedure, as your cosmetic tattoo will need to stay dry for two to three days post procedure. This will ensure the pigment is correctly deposited into your skin.
Consultation
The first step is to discuss your requirements with our cosmetic tattoo practitioner, June Warry. Areas discussed include expectations of colour, shape, final results, the procedure, process, home care and cost. We take the responsibility of the appearance of your face very seriously, and so, June will ensure you are completely comfortable and informed before you consent to the procedure.
Procedure
June will begin the procedure by drawing the outline of your new cosmetic tattoo. Once you are happy with the shape, a topical anaesthetic numbing cream will be applied to the skin. Clients have described the feeling of the tattooing process like a light scratching sensation. There should be no pain felt. June will keep you up to date with the progress, both verbally and visually with a mirror.
For your personal hygiene, the finest quality equipment is used and disposable needles are individually packed in sterile packets. All treatments are performed in a very clean environment.
It is important to note that the procedure is conducted over more than one visit. In general a minimum of two visits is required and sometimes even three visits, depending on the desired final result. Your follow up procedure is free of charge.
